The experience overall was pleasant, particularly due to the reliable high-speed internet and 24-hour reception, which allowed for flexible working hours. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with enough space that I could easily spread out my work. I appreciated the well-maintained fitness center for a quick workout after long hours of meetings, as well as the onsite restaurant for convenient meals. The front desk team's lack of warmth stood out – a friendly greeting can go a long way in hospitality. The kiddie pool is great for those traveling with family, while the lounge area provides a decent spot to unwind. In summary, Courtyard Casper has solid amenities for business travelers, but a more engaging staff could enhance the overall experience.
